Hotel Bristol - Vienna

For the months of July and August the Hotel Bristol are offering special Conference Portfolio rates from €185 per night in a Classic room and including a special gift of a box of hand made imperial petit fours, fruit basket and mineral water in each room.  They are also offering day delegate rates from €79.

Radisson SAS - Brussels

Radisson SAS are offering a great day delegate rate for the months of July and August 2008 making Brussels and even more attractive option for your summer meetings - just €70 per delegate for the day delegate rate with a special offer on dinner costs from €43 and reduced rates for breakout rooms.

Conrad - Brussels

'Meet with Conrad meet with success'

Conrad Brussels are offering rates from €199 per night excluding breakfast and day delegate rates from €99.  This offer is valid for new bookings of over 10 rooms.

Hotel Le Palais - Prague

Le Palais have introduced a Pure Incentive Package offering the additional treat of a complimentary 30 minute spa treatment for every delegate.  The rates are from €220 single occupancy and €250 double occupancy with day meeting rates from €75 including lunch.  This offer is available for new bookings with a minimum of 2 nights and 10 rooms.

President Hotel Prague

The President Hotel Prague are offering Conference Portfolio a special day delegate rate discount of 10% for the months of July and August (rates normally from €69). This includes 24 hour room hire, 2 bottles of water, 2 coffee breaks, lunch with soft drinks, standard meeting room equipment and free wifi.  This is available for meetings with a minimum of 25 delegates.  Please quote CON 2008.

Armathwaite Hall - Keswick

Lakeland Challenge Activities, available at Armathwaite Hall, is a programme of challenging, motivating and fun pursuits which can be tailored to compliment a meeting or corporate hospitality event. 

Book a 24 hour residential meeting at Armathwaite Hall for a minimum 20 delegates Monday to Thursday inclusive and receive a complimentary, one hour, ice breaker activity during the stay.

To celebrate the opening of their new executive boardroom 'The Eaton Suite' the Chester Grosvenor are offering special rates for meetings booked up until the end of August - Special 24 hour delegate rate from £195 per person and day delegate rate from £45 per person.  These rates are subject to availability. Palais Stephanie - Cannes

We are able to offer a special day delegate rate of €70 per person and accommodation rates for sea view rooms including breakfast (single or double occupancy) from €190 for September and October and €150 for November and December.

Le Domaine De Divonne are offering a special 24 hour delegate rate from 1st July to 7th September from just €195.  This includes dinner, accommodation, breakfast, hire of the main meeting room, lunch and tea and coffee breaks.

Hotel Atlantic Kempinski - Hamburg

Special Summer offer for July and August and early booker offer for January and February 2009.  The Hotel Atlantic offer 'book 20 pay for 19' on their day delegate rates and bedroom rates, for a minimum of 20 bedrooms.

Hotel Adlon Kempinski - Berlin

Until 25th August the Hotel Adlon are offering a bedroom rate of just €195 for single or double occupancy for a minimum of 10 rooms.  They also offer 1 free upgrade for every 40 rooms booked.  They have also reduced their day delegate rate to €99 per delegate for this summer for a minimum of 40 delegates.  Please quote 'Conference Portfolio Offer' when making your booking.

Dom Pedro Palace - Lisbon

The following rates are available for bookings of 20 rooms and over and are for single occupancy including tax and breakfast.

July and August from €120, September and October from €175 and November from €160.

Abama Resort - Tenerife

New to Conference Portfolio, Abama Resort are offering special rates for July, November and December 2008 from €190 single and €200 double occupancy.  Prices are for double deluxe rooms and include buffet breakfast, drink on arrival and a private check in for groups, complimentary meeting room and complimentary wifi in meeting rooms and bedrooms. This offer is available for a minimum of 10 rooms and excludes 5% tax.  Please quote Conference Portfolio offer Q208.

Special rates for September and October - day delegate rates from €85 per person (plus tax at 7%) including a welcome drink, the main meeting room, standard equipement, free Wifi, 2 coffee breaks, lunch and use of the leisure club.  Accommodation rates have also been reduced - September from €185 single and €205 double occupancy and October from €180 single and €200 double occupancy in a double room including breakfast but excluding tax at 7%.  Offers apply to groups with over 10 rooms.

Double room €102 (or €95 for sole occupancy) excluding 7% tax. This special rate includes breakfast and is based on a minimum of 30 rooms.

Torrequebrada also offers 1 free room with breakfast and one free upgrade for every 35 rooms booked.

Don Carlos are offering special rates including breakfast and tax in this fabulous hotel.  Single occupancy for October 2008 from €171 and November and December 2008 from €154.

Beau-Rivage Palace - Lausanne

Offering a special Conference Portfolio conference package from September to December 2008 (minimum of 2 nights and 20 rooms).

€300 per person including - accommodation, breakfast, main meeting room, 3 course lunch, 2 coffee breaks, service and tax.  As a special gift for the conference organiser they are offering 1 complimentary Aromes and Fleurs Japanese Bath in their fabulous Spa.

The Sukhothai are offering special 24 hour delegate rates from THB6,800 per delegate.  This includes accommodation in one of their stunning superior rooms, breakfast, meeting room with 2 coffee breaks, lunch and a discount in the Spa (available until September 2008).
