Frontal Rooms
The Reading Room, Drawing Room and Visitors Room make up the Frontal Rooms of the Copacabana Palace. Linked together by ornate archways, these rooms are found at the front of the hotel above the entrance to the hotel. Featuring beautiful marble floors and high ceilings, these rooms have access to the hotel balcony and boast stunning beach views.

Blue Room
The Blue Room is located on a corner of the Copacabana Palace and features large windows and doors which access the hotel balcony giving beautiful beach views. Tropical landscapes have been hand painted on the walls by the Brazilian artist Dominique Jardy. This is a flexible venue ideal for small and medium sized groups.

Nobre Room
The Nobre Room is perhaps our most famous function room having featured in a number of movies filmed at the Copacabana Palace. The most notable film was 'Copacabana' made in 2001 by the famous Brazilian Director Carla Camurati. The marble floor, twelve columns and two large chandeliers are all trademarks of this room. There are large windows and doors on two sides leading either to the hotel balcony or overlooking the legendary Copacabana Palace swimming pool. The Nobre and Golden Room may be combined to form an ideal venue for wedding receptions. Guests can enjoy cocktails in the Nobre Room followed by the dinner-dance in the Golden Room.

Golden Room
The spacious Golden Room takes its name from the golden dome which forms the centrepiece of the ceiling in this room. An ideal venue for presentations and conferences the Golden Room features a stage, marvellous acoustics and natural daylight. This elegant room is also a popular choice for weddings in Rio as the carpet can be removed to reveal a glass lit dance floor. The entrance to the Golden Room is through the interconnecting Nobre Room providing an ideal set up for wedding receptions.

Rio de Janerio Room
The Rio de Janeiro Room is decorated in a classic sophisticated style. The room features wooden panelling with beautiful ancient tapestry strips running through the centre of the panelling. This room is ideal for medium and large meetings, and also provides an intimate venue for lunches and dinners.

Carioca Room
An ideal venue for small and medium sized meetings, this room features dark wooden paneling and carpeted floor. The room can also be used as a reception room for events taking place in the Rio de Janeiro Room, as the Carioca Room is located right in front of it.

Red Room
Ideal for small and medium sized meetings, this room features wooden paneling on the walls and wooden floors. The Red Room has a large central table and comfortable executive chairs allowing delegates to concentrate on the issue at hand.

Yellow Room
Located in the conference room area, the Yellow Room features hardwood floors and walls. The Yellow room is recommended for small meetings and is ideal as a break-out room when a meeting is taking place in Red Room as the two rooms can be joined.

Antique Casion Rooms
The newly refurbished Antique Casino provides three unique and exclusive venues for large sophisticated events; The Gallery, Crystal Room and the Palm Room. The Gallery overlooks the magnificent entrance staircase of the Antique Casino made from restored Carraca marble. With a ceiling height of fourteen metres, this is the loftiest of all our conference rooms at the Copacabana Palace. Found between the Palm Room and Crystal Room, The Gallery can be used to join the three rooms together, forming an exceptional and stylish venue for large events.

The Antique Casino rooms were reopened in September 2006 following an extensive and painstaking restoration process which lasted over 14 months and cost over R$ 10 million.

As part of the refurbishment the ballrooms were adapted to meet with the needs of modern events and are now equipped with the latest technology, are fully air-conditioned and offer excellent acoustics. The Antique Casino provides a functional and dynamic conference venue with multiple access points.
